Sleep Therapy Bath provides a way for the body to relax and move more easily into a sleep with the use of relaxing essential oils and calming herbs.

Ingredients:

Sodium Borate, Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sesquicarbonate, Olive Oil, Essential Oils of Mandarin (citrus madurensis), Neroli (citrus bigaradia), Lavender (lavendula vera), Mace (myristica fragrans), Vetivert (vetiveria zizanoides), Tangerine (citrus nobilis), Peru Balsam (myroxylon pereirae), Herbal Extracts of Artemisia Leaves (a. vulgare), Valerian Root (v. officinalis), Poppy Pods (eschscholzia californica), Chromium Oxide, Trace Mineral Salts

Directions Add 1/3 to one packet to drawn bathwater. Swirl with hand to dissolve. Relax into the warm water (100 o -105 o) and breathe in the calming aromatics. Have the bed prepared and comfortable. After a 15-20 minute soak, towel off lightly and go directly to bed.
