Uses:
Hydrofera Blue CLASSIC is suitable for various wound types, including but not limited to:
- Infected wounds
- Pressure ulcers
- Diabetic ulcers
How to Use:
- Debride the wound and cleanse with normal saline or wound cleansing solution.
- Cut the dressing to fit the wound bed.
- Hydrate with sterile saline or sterile water and apply to the wound bed.
- Apply a secondary dressing based on exudate level.
Removal:
Change the dressing every 3 days. If the dressing retains its blue color, it can be left in place for up to 3 days. If it turns white, continue daily changes until the blue color is retained. If dry, remoisten with sterile saline or sterile water before removal.
Warnings and Precautions:
Hydrofera Blue CLASSIC is not intended for use on third-degree burns. Keep dry until ready to use and away from heat.
